m8k8 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "m8k8" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at m8k8.vip, including all games, services, and account systems offered thereon.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the m8k8 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on m8k8 by a Player.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's m8k8 account wallet.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming in the Philippines.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to a real-money stake placed by a Player on any game offered by m8k8.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to m8k8 is restricted by law or by m8k8 policy.

By accessing the m8k8 platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You are legally competent to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Use of m8k8 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during which a Player maintains an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Players who are found to be under 21 at any point will have their accounts permanently closed and any associated balances — including Real Money Balances — forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• Location: You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and each subsequent login and wagering session. m8k8 does not offer services to players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• Not a restricted person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of m8k8 or any affiliated company. Restricted persons are not eligible to hold Player accounts or participate in promotions.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or cooling-off restriction on your account.

To access real-money gaming services on m8k8, you are required to create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and the KYC verification process:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on m8k8. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• During registration, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. All information must be accurate and current at all times.
• Before withdrawal channels are activated, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID) and any additional documents m8k8 may request in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.
• m8k8 reserves the right to request re-verification of identity at any time, including in connection with large withdrawal requests or suspicious account activity.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by m8k8 may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your m8k8 login credentials. The following security obligations apply to all account holders:

• You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where possible. m8k8 strongly recommends 2FA as a baseline account security measure.
• You must notify m8k8 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• m8k8 will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
• All activity on your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals initiated — while your credentials are active is your responsibility, regardless of whether the activity was authorized by you.
• m8k8 reserves the right to lock an account immediately upon detection of suspicious login activity, pending verification with the account holder.

m8k8 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following verified payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and other BSP-member bank channels supported via InstaPay and PESONet.

• The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Maximum deposit limits are subject to your KYC verification tier and payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own verified name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your m8k8 Real Money Balance immediately upon payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• m8k8 does not charge deposit fees for standard payment methods. Your payment provider may impose independent transaction fees for which m8k8 is not responsible.
• m8k8 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from a payment account in the account holder's name.
• In the event of a failed deposit where funds are debited from your payment account but not credited to your m8k8 balance, please contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal of Real Money Balance from your m8k8 account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period are subject to your VIP tier and KYC status.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified m8k8 account. m8k8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals on verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Manila time.
• m8k8 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard payout methods. Express processing fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
• m8k8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending additional KYC checks, responsible gaming assessments, or investigation of suspected fraud or terms violations. In such cases, m8k8 will notify the account holder as permitted by applicable law.
• Bonus Balance is not directly withdrawable. Only Real Money Balance that has satisfied all applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

m8k8 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed the minimum deposit threshold for the relevant promotion and who hold accounts in good standing.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry periods are displayed in full at the time of opt-in.
• m8k8 reserves the right to void bonus balances and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play designed to generate artificial wagering turnover, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Bonus offers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met in full.
• m8k8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Promotions do not create a contractual entitlement to continued promotional offers.
• Free spins, free bets, or other non-cash promotional awards are subject to the same wagering and withdrawal terms as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise.

The following general rules apply to all games available on the m8k8 platform. Individual games may be subject to additional game-specific rules available within the relevant game interface.

• All game outcomes on m8k8 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. All RNG systems are independently audited and certified for statistical fairness under PAGCOR's technical standards.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published and available for review prior to play.
• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Players are responsible for verifying their wager amounts before confirming each bet.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents completion of a round, m8k8 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the relevant wager to the Player's Real Money Balance. No additional compensation is payable in such circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by m8k8 at any time, including for VIP players subject to agreed elevated limits.
• Live dealer game results are final once the relevant round outcome has been confirmed by the dealer and displayed on screen. Disputes regarding live dealer outcomes must be raised with support within 24 hours, quoting the game session ID.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on m8k8 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration, KYC, or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any m8k8 game or service;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or other coordinated multi-account strategies on live dealer tables;
• Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to deposits made to m8k8;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Allowing a minor to access your account or use your credentials to access the platform.

m8k8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders and can be activated at any time from the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic reminders at set intervals during gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours to 6 weeks can be activated at any time. During a cooling-off period, the Player cannot deposit, wager, or access gaming content.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the m8k8 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

m8k8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or maintain KYC verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Initiation of unauthorized chargebacks;
• Confirmed bonus abuse;
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools;
• Any regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a maintenance fee or deactivation, with advance notice to the registered email address.

Upon account closure for cause, m8k8 will retain any Real Money Balance pending investigation and will deal with such funds in accordance with PAGCOR guidance and applicable Philippine law. Players whose accounts are closed for suspected criminal activity will not be entitled to a refund of deposited funds pending the resolution of the relevant investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account in good standing may contact m8k8 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance after deduction of applicable bonus amounts not meeting withdrawal eligibility will be returned via the Player's primary verified payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, m8k8's liability to any Player in connection with use of the platform is limited as follows:

• m8k8 does not warrant that the platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unscheduled technical interruptions may occur.
• m8k8 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game disconnections, technical errors, or delayed payouts.
• Where Philippine law requires a minimum liability provision that cannot be excluded, m8k8's total liability to a Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of the relevant wager or transaction giving rise to the claim.
• m8k8 is not responsible for third-party payment provider errors, delays, or fees affecting deposit or withdrawal transactions.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits m8k8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by m8k8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content available on the m8k8 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of m8k8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any m8k8 platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from m8k8.
• The m8k8 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of m8k8. Unauthorised use of m8k8 trademarks is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. m8k8 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the m8k8 platform, the following resolution process applies:

1. Internal Resolution: Contact m8k8 support via live chat or by email at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. m8k8 aims to resolve all Player complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
3. Philippine Jurisdiction: Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

m8k8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, m8k8 will notify active Players via registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR instruction.

The current effective version of these Terms is always available at m8k8.vip/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Players who do not accept updated Terms should cease use of the platform immediately and contact support to close their account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance.
